Chorus Abilene strives to foster interdisciplinary arts in our organization and community. As a part of that initiative, we are hosting our first annual interpretive art contest for students ages 10-18 years in which students will create a work of art based on one of the two songs below. Winners in three divisions (ages 10-11 yrs, 12-14 yrs, and 15-18 yrs) will be chosen by jurors provided by the Center for Contemporary Arts, where the contest submissions will be displayed, and the winners’ works will be projected during Youth Choirs’ Spring Concert on February 26, 2022.
